Hidden charges. Booked BIAB infill, with pedicure with gel colour, then I was told that I need to pay extra for pedicure gel removal (pedicure was done last time with them) and on top of that I was charged for gel coulour not sure why since ai booked pedicure with gel colour included,another £10 so ended up paying £22 extra for what I was thinking is already included in the cost. Also it took nearly 4hours for treatment to be done.
