I went for shellac and the shellac couldn’t dry. The staff couldn’t understand the obvious that the colours are not the right ones. Even the owner who did a shellac before me, mentioned to the therapist that the colour seems to be ‘matt’ while this showed that the colour couldn’t dry. If you want manicure please do not visit this place. Unprofessional

Great personal, professional service, fully Covid compliant, only one in salon - only issue is difficult to communicate what I wanted with mask on but got through it ok during these exceptional times.

Fantastic gem of a place. Found this for my pampering before jumping on a plane at Heathrow.
They are very covid aware. Tested my temperature, ensured everything was in place. They also wore the masks.
I felt very safe attending here during these strange times.
My treatment both hair and waxing was faultless. In fact it was the best treatments I’ve had in a long while. Definitely recommend this salon if you live close or even if you’re going on holiday and need ur pampering done before you go like me. 5 stars all the way for this little gem of a place.

First cut since lockdown. Salon great - clean and lots of PPE. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Very easy to book and pay. Will definitely go back.
