I was welcomed by Angie and Rachael explained the details of the hairstyle very clearly. She looked after me in a caring way throughout the whole process of doing the perm, kept an eye to detail whilst staying the hair. She was very efficient, understanding, very talented, professional, attention to detail and genuinely cared and looked after me. I have been to another hairdresser before to do my perm but was disappointed but Rachael did a fantastic job and I love the perm, she did a great style
