X-It is the only place I’ve been to in London (perhaps in any city really!) which seems to know the correct technique for sugaring - sugaring has the same results as waxing but is honestly nearly pain-free when done correctly (and no risk of getting burns from hot wax!). Tracy has been great over the years, and is always able to find a time to squeeze me in for an appointment. She also always does a thorough job and is a total perfectionist.

Excellent experience, Tracy is very calming and I’m always surprised by how little discomfort there is with sugaring. Convenient location and able to fit me in at the last minute. I have chronic eczema and have never had an issue with sugaring causing flare ups.

I've been going to Sean for over 3 years now and he has always been incredibly thorough, friendly, and professional.
The treatment rooms are always cleaned thoroughly with Sean giving each client as much time as they need to get ready and comfortable prior to the sugaring.
Sean is incredibly thorough and takes extra time out to make sure he's removed every hair to make sure the job is nothing less than perfect.
I couldn't recommend X-It anymore, and will continue to be a returning customer.
