Tracy was just amazing! She's kept me at ease right from the start, let me know what's to be done prior..we simply chatted away throughout. No pain, not much of a flinch even when we got to the intimates. The treatment area was clean, spacious enough and comfortable. It had the supplies you need to freshen up before and after. Will definitely come back!

I used to visit X-IT years ago for many years and was unaware they were still in Soho, in another venue. I'm very glad I have found them again.
