Tracy makes me feel as comfortable and relaxed as I would be if I was getting my nails done! There’s never any embarrassment or awkward moments bearing in mind what you’re having done! She’s super friendly, you’ll find yourself talking about the most random stuff with her, and smiling and laughing through all of it. Seriously if you’re a shy first timer, Tracy will make you wonder why you’ve never done this before. She’s awesome!
