Can't recommend X It and Tracy enough!! I have been going to X It for 8+ years and it never disappoints.
Every time you arrive, Tracy greets you with a warm welcome and the rooms are always spotless. Trace has an amazing attention to detail, will offer advice and answer any questions. She's also absolutely hilarious and I usually find the appointment goes by so quickly because we're always chatting and laughing.

Tracy is great, very kind and genuine. I’ve had mixed experiences from not as painful as I thought the first time I’ve been there to painful so I think it really depends on time of month/ growth etc. But I can’t fault the customer service
