Had a really great experience with Sean, he was friendly and thorough and I felt totally at ease. The only feedback I’d give is around accessibility, and just making sure it’s signposted that the salon sadly isn’t wheelchair accessible due to being at basement level and the stairs are quite steep, likely due to it being an old Soho building so difficult to do anything about! Will definitely be back 😊
