I had a massage with Wynston who was friendly and welcoming from the start. Wynston is very knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. I recieved a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best Iv had. I left feeling great and I will definitely be returning. Highley recommend!

Easy to find the Castleford location with sign next to the door. Wynston was super friendly and experienced. Loved the nice chill atmosphere and music. Toilet on site. 100% recommend. Thank you so much Wynston!

I had a sports massage with Wynston and it was great. I found Wynston to be very friendly and welcoming. He carefully listened to the areas which I was most concerned about, then explained what could be causing my issues and how he was going to treat them. Throughout the massage Wynston asked if the pressure was ok or if I was in any discomfort. He kept me informed about what he was doing. This isn’t my first sports massage with Wynston and it won’t be my last. He’s excellent.

I specialise in treating musculoskeletal injuries, having studied at Leeds Beckett University. My background as a competitive athlete in athletics, figure skating, and gymnastics gives me a deep understanding of movement, performance, and recovery. I’m passionate about helping people overcome pain and return to doing what they love safely and effectively. That’s why I opened my clinic in Castleford: to offer professional personalised care for all. I’m proud to be registered with The Society of Sports Therapists - a professional accreditation that not only reflects my commitment to high standards, but also means some clients may be able to claim treatment costs through private health insurance.
