I had a really good deep tissue massage. Wyston was so lovely and friendly, and I felt comfortable with him from the moment I walked into the room. He was really chatty and easy to talk to, which made me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was brilliant. He used just the right amount of pressure and really worked on the areas where I was holding tension. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and I felt so much better afterwards. Thank you! I shall be back! ☺️

My back feels much better after my appointment last week. I booked an hour but Wynston went over by 15 minutes to do my hamstrings and didn’t charge me for it. He’s such a lovely guy and very professional. Highly recommend!

Hi, I’m Wynston - a Sports Therapist with over 8 years of experience in the field of sport and exercise therapy. I specialise in treating musculoskeletal injuries, having studied at Leeds Beckett University. My background as a competitive athlete in athletics, figure skating, and gymnastics gives me a deep understanding of movement, performance, and recovery. I’m passionate about helping people overcome pain and return to doing what they love safely and effectively. That’s why I opened my clinic in Castleford: to offer professional personalised care for all. I’m proud to be registered with The Society of Sports Therapists - a professional accreditation that not only reflects my commitment to high standards, but also means some clients may be able to claim treatment costs through private health insurance.
