My doctor told me i was suffering from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot that started back in August, After Wynston had done his evaluation, It turns out that I had a tight calf muscle causing the pain in my heel. After just a 45 minute session Im walking a lot better now with 80% reduction in pain I will revisit Wynston in 10 days if I still have the minor discomfort. This guy knows his stuff Thank you

Wynston listened carefully to my description of my niggles before treating me. He was polite, professional and explained what was causing my issues. Immediately after the treatment my ankle felt so much better with more freedom of movement. As directed I refrained from exercising after the treatment. The following day I was back out running with much more freedom and less discomfort. Thank you Wynston.

I specialise in treating musculoskeletal injuries, having studied at Leeds Beckett University. My background as a competitive athlete in athletics, figure skating, and gymnastics gives me a deep understanding of movement, performance, and recovery. I’m passionate about helping people overcome pain and return to doing what they love safely and effectively. That’s why I opened my clinic in Castleford: to offer professional personalised care for all. I’m proud to be registered with The Society of Sports Therapists - a professional accreditation that not only reflects my commitment to high standards, but also means some clients may be able to claim treatment costs through private health insurance.
