7 months ago I had a leg injury and also an ongoing shoulder injury that had been plaguing me for years. The moment I walked in Wynston put me at ease, knew exactly where the problem was and gave me exercises to work on. I feel like I’ve got a new body now and wish I would have found Wynston years ago. Even if you’re not injured I definitely recommend a regular sports massage, I always feel so much better afterwards and my body definitely thanks Wynston, after the punishing workouts I do.

Being from outside the area I would normally only go to someone personally recommended to me however in this case I went on reviews and was not disappointed Winston has sorted out my neck pain in one session I can fully recommend him to anyone. He is very skilled at what he does.

Wynston’s warm and welcoming personality put me right at ease. He often checked in during the massage to make sure I felt comfortable and followed up with advice and exercises that would be beneficial to my legs. Could not recommend him enough. Thanks Wynston!

Wynston is a great therapist with lots of experience and knowledge, he really listens to your problems to find out where he needs to do the treatment. After 45 minute treatment session with Wynston I walked away feeling better but a little bit tender, however the next day I felt like a new man and all my sciatic problems on my left leg were gone. Thanks Wynston

After trying to run through the pain I finally gave in and went to see Wynston. He addressed my areas of concern. I am now back running pain free and have a spring in my step again. If you are a runner, remember that you can’t always run it off, sometimes it’s time to see a professional and address what’s causing your problems. Wynston will always give you good no nonsense advice and great treatment.

I specialise in treating musculoskeletal injuries, having studied at Leeds Beckett University. My background as a competitive athlete in athletics, figure skating, and gymnastics gives me a deep understanding of movement, performance, and recovery. I’m passionate about helping people overcome pain and return to doing what they love safely and effectively.
