The lashes were fab, however the overall experience not so great. Venue wasn’t very clean and smelled quite bad. I messaged, emailed, and phoned twice before appt to find out if I’d need a patch test and had no reply. The experience was very blunt and unfriendly, I know everyone has off days but there was nothing - no “pop your bag down here” and at the end wasn’t even told I was done, she just walked outside! Overall didn’t feel very professional, sorry!
