Several hours after getting my eyelashes done my left eye is completely swollen and bloodshot. I would be extremely cautious approaching this venue. Not only did they apply the wrong lashes I asked for and refused a refund, my eye is also extremely swollen and this the third day. I

I booked in through treatwell for classic lashes and was given hybrid and over charged. I didn't realise at the time as I thought maybe it cost more if you pay at the venue. I called and told the black lady who does eyebrows, who also seems to deal with bookings that I was given the wrong service. I asked for a refund or to change the lashes and she refused. She was very aggressive and I'm hoping treatwell and help resolve this as it's a breach of the contract between me and the lady.
