I had Shannon, and she is exceptional. However, I had a terrible experience with another staff member, Stephanie keshinro. She was extremely rude. I sat in a free chair to wait, and she told me to get out, and that it was only for customers with appointments, which was me. She even harassed me with a text in the evening. I highly recommend Shannon - she has a personal studio where I will be attending. I would avoid this salon esp Stephanie
