First tried booking an appointment through treatwell - then noticed on google shop wasn’t open at the time I booked for. Called and managed to get through to someone who doesn’t work there anymore but kindly moved my appointment to a time when I’d be seen. Turn up and the doors are locked and no one in. Won’t be returning and definitely would not recommend - such a chaotic way to run a business!
