Lovely friendly staff. Very chatty- a bit rougher than I'm used to when taking off the lash tint and they were left a bit sticky- but I love my brows and she was a perfectionist and I believed she wanted to leave them looking their best. A bit unnerving having them change between each other when you have your eyes closed but that's just me! Recommend.

Love the lashes, the girls who work there are lovely! The only thing I would say is that the consultation was 2 hours when it's said 50mins! Lively atmosphere so not for you if you want complete silence
