I actually had a brow tint and thread, as Cleo felt my brows wouldn’t get the most out of HD until they had grown out more, after years of going to different eyebrow places and having half my brows taken off by thoughtless technicians- so this made me feel very trusting of her ! Such a nice atmosphere, so different from everywhere else I’ve been to. Finally found someone I trust to do my eyebrows, I’ve been twice and already won’t be letting anyone else touch my brows.
