The therapist was absolutely lovely and really helped to settle my nerves by talking through each step. She was also chatty and friendly and had a very cute dog which definitely added to the experience. The LVL maybe didn’t suit me as well as it does others so I wasn’t as pleased as I was expecting with the outcome and no one greeted me at the salon entrance but that was due to under staffing apparently. They’re also having works done but they make up for it with plush sofas and blankets
