I had a great experience with Anna. She was very kind and really took the time to listen to my concerns and offer useful advice. She also was exceptionally attentive to what I wanted with regard to the haircut itself. Too often, hairdressers just do what they want to do. She was very good at interpreting what I actually wanted.
