I had the hot scissors cut. This was my first time so I wanted to see if it would be better for my hair as it's quite dry. I do have long fine hair and have had blonde highlights for years.
It will be a few weeks before I see the difference in the hot scissors vs normal cut however I am very happy with the layer styling, service and general experience (as always). Walter is also very good at discussing and providing honest advice on future care and maintenance without trying to sell products which is nice.

Always happy with my colour at ws-studio.
I had a full head of highlights this time but often do just the half head. Walter is very good with advice on colour and how to look after your hair. I'm looking forward to my hot scissors cut this week.

Walter was very professional and friendly. The studio is an amazing space. Good prices. Exceptional service. I actually booked for the wrong treatment on Treatwell but Walter was not phased by this and did a full head of highlights in the short time available.. I will be going back for the hot scissors!
