Lovely relaxed, cosy, classy atmosphere. If Walter is dealing with a customer while another is waiting, he multi-tasks excellently. He also will tell you exactly what he's doing to your hair and when, so both of you can work to achieve what you want.

Walter is nice but unfortunately the brand/product he chose to use (La Brasiliana) to do the Brazilian blow-dry doesn't work. At all. So it does not harm your hair but it doesn't do much either... So all in all it is a very hefty price for a keratine treatment which does NOTHING to your hair.
