I had a brusque stylist, on several occasions I tried to give feedback on her harsh she was pulling my hair and using the dryer too close to my scalp. It was a painful blow dry. She also left conditioner in my hair that left it oily and heavy. very poor blow dry and a bad exeprience. Which is unfortunate because it is a pleasant salon with more skilled and attuned stylists who can take an interest in their clients and form a rapport.
