I had a haircut and hair gloss. The haircut was good. The hairstylist explain what he was doing throughout so that was nice! But it was expensive considering I just had a trim. I got a hair gloss to top up my existing balayage and it was great! I did go while it was very busy and so felt I didn't get the attention and service I've previously experienced here.
