Place was aesthetic and clean. However asked for ash brown highlights and now have almost blonde stripey highlights which don't really blend into my hair.

Could not be happier with the result. I am generally pretty fussy, and this time, i just needed one look in the mirror to know it was exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
