The only negative was that it took far longer than we anticipated which caused me to be late for my next appointment but it was completely worth it and very kind of him to keep going without rushing.
I loved the hot scissor cut - my hair feels amazing even after washing and styling myself. Beautiful layers cut in and colour is very good. Apparently I don't need to go back for another 4 months so it's unbelievable value and I am very happy and can't wait to go back!
