Receptionist very friendly and really looked aftet me.
However, Walter, who did my balayage was quite rude and left tint all over my face, neck and ears. He told me "if you want results you need to suffer like everyone else". Now I understand why everyone seemed to go there just for tbe blow dry!!
The results were amazing but left with a headache and covered with tint stains...hence why I am giving it 3 stars. I expect better from such an expensive salon, specially as I got better tint for £50 at another salon, without the tint stains!!

I had such a lovely experience. Walter greeted me with a big smile, we discussed cuts, colors and shades. He is very conscientious and knows what he's doing. All staff were extremely friendly, the ambiance was great with fantastic music. I'm very pleased with my new balayage & cut! Truly satisfied with my visit.

The perfect experience! Walter is an amazing colorist and the salon is really nice. My balayage is seamless, subtle, as if I just came back from holiday. Loved the haircut on dry hair as well. Highly recommend this salon!
