Jack is a genius with colour! I had too many bleach highlights and my hair was like yellow straw when I walked in. Jack really listened to what I wanted and got it spot on. I don't think a hairdresser has ever got so close to my natural colour and then just a few shimmery blonde balayage highlights. It's so glossy now too and such better condition. Will definitely be going back!

I had Brazilian blow dry unfortunately it didn't work for my hair, it didn't get straight I'm disappointed with the results, my hair still look frizzy and damaged.

Jack was a dream - charismatic and considerate. Took time to ensure a thorough consultation to ensure both on same wavelength! Happy to change colour when not quite what was expected. Only downside would be if toner could be included in price, or alternatively price reflects additional cost of toner.
