Really knowledgable and properly managed my expectations .. not just promising anything but explaining that some colours couldn't be possible and why. For me I never quite know what I want, I have pictures for ideas but want to know what the professionals think would look best and so was thrilled when the stylist really listened, understood what I was trying to go for and made recommendations on what would work best for me (so many times before I've gone to salons showed a picture and they've gone 'ok' but not really achieved the result). Felt that I was in a great, safe pair of hands and loved the result. I had bayalage on brunette hair, did such a great job of sorting out the mess I had before. Would definitly go back
