I came in for a reverse Balayage. Basically, I wanted to dye out my brown roots to look as natural as possible to grow them out. This was never going to be easy but thankfully the lovely Alex was there to help me. I came out looking better than I could have hoped, it is almost like a full head of highlights but looks amazing! becasue of the lightness of my hair I will have to have 2 treatments for Balayage effect but I am so happy I will definitely be back! All the staff were lovely and funny and welcoming.

Alex was a dream! I went in with a little less instruction than I normally give when with a new stylist, and basically just told him to do what he thought was best after telling him about what length I wanted. I absolutely love the new cut and style he gave me. He took lots of time to make it perfect for me. I'll definitely be back! It's a beautiful salon and the staff is super friendly. So glad to have this gem in Pimlico.

Horrific experience. If I was you I would save my money and not go here!!! Staff are standoffish and unwilling to listen - an all round terrible experience and would not recommend!!
