The highlights and blow dry were perfect - exactly what I wanted. The cut was just a trim but I felt I was listened to and the right amount taken off. Overall very happy with the result - my only criticism is that 35 pound for toner seems a little steep compared to other salons in the area.

I had a balayage and hot scissors cut with Walter and it was a really great experience (coming from the person that hates going to hair salons and always colour my own hair at home). Balayage was really well done and although ashy toner that supposed to cool down my brassy blonde made my hair grey/silver at first, it did transform my blonde hair to the colour I wanted after just two washes, just like Walter said, so trust your hairdresser! (btw, remember you have to pay extra for the toner)
Overall the atmosphere is really relaxed and friendly, Walter and Alex are very skilled hairdressers, that actually listen to what you want and try their best to match your expectations. Walter, with whom I spent most of the time, is lovely and generous and will do his best work to ensure you come back to his studio. Well it works, because I will definitely be back!
