Very efficient and friendly. Walter gave me tonnes of tips and advice on hair and shopping. I am new to UK so it was very useful. Good cut, just what I wanted, nothing too exciting but I thats what I wanted.

The highlights were awful.... He has made my roots even worse. He went one shade darker on my roots than my original high lights and therefore I will need to correct the damage done. Really unhappy... I expect a refund!
