Excellent experience and result for a first timer. Was treated by Virginia who did a wonderful job understanding my requirements, sharing her experienced recommendation for my hair type and achieving the best possible result with my balayage and cut. Got a melted woody lift to my dark brown/ black hair. Very professional, warm and relaxing environment.
