The salon itself had such a lovely, welcoming vibe — all the staff were really sweet and friendly. However, I left feeling quite disappointed with my hair. I had booked a blow dry in advance and mentioned that I have long, thick hair. When the stylist saw it, she decided to style it with straighteners instead. I wouldn’t have minded if the result had looked good, but unfortunately, it really didn’t — it looked like something my little sister might have done.
I left the salon feeling unhappy

Best haircut and blow dry by Ana-Maria for years. She really understood what I wanted. Throughout, she was so gentle too. I will definitely be returning. Also my haircut has been easy to maintain. I was thrilled.
