I like the ambience of this salon - it's modern and fashionable and feels upmarket without feeling exclusive. I like that there are thin curtains across the windows so passers by can't see in. The service was good. I paid extra for toner, but I refused Opalex treatment and the stylist was ok with that. Overall not bad value for location.

Went from blonde highlights to a very dark blonde balayage which was a bit scary but I absolutely love the result. Blow out was excellent. My hair has never looked so healthy and shiny. The stylist was no frills - didn't talk to me and rushed through the service (got dye on my face and neck which was a bit unprofessional). But walked away happy with the result so I can't complain.

Booked a full head highlights, colour was lighter than i wanted and when asked for a toner was told there was no time as the next customer was waiting.

The Brazilian treatment isn’t as it is marketed... They used a Keratin, not a Brazilian and charged it at the same price. My hair was pretty much the same texture after the treatment, which is disappointing as I paid over £200. I have done many Brazilians in the past and so for know what I am talking about. I guess I need to book another appointment to get my Brazilian done...
