An OK treatment overall — but the salon was closed on arrival for my appointment, the team were 20 minutes late to arrive to open up despite having two appointments booked for 10am, and no offer of a discount or real apology! All a bit slap-dash from then on to be honest — not the sort of experience i’d associate with this kind of price tag elsewhere.
