Booked an appt via Treatwell, got to the salon and was met straight away by one of the team. Introduced to Adrian who really took the time for a consultation. I have naturally blonde hair - originally I had booked for half head highlights, however he suggested balayage and so pleased he did as I am thrilled with the results! I really wanted my hair lifted and to go slightly blonder than my natural colour, whilst still maintaining that natural, sunkissed look. I felt he listened carefully to my needs and took everything on board. Overall an excellent experience for a last minute booking and I will most definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

It was a shame that I had to wait half hour for my appointment and I received no apology for that. Even when it was finally my turn and got me to stand up, the hair dresser continued to speak with someone else, so I don't think they felt bad.
The actual cutting was then super rushed. No offer to style it, so it was incredibly straight and flat, so it didn't feel worth the 65. It was amazing when I went before a few months ago but from what I understand that hair dresser has now left WS.
