I had so much expectation and good feeling going into a blonde professional salon and the color is all over the place: spottie, striped, Some gray locks, locks with three different colors (Blonde-brown-blonde).
My hair was treated terribly: They create massive nodes during the washing and in the brushing my hair was pulled apart, i could hear it breaking and brushed too hard.
Cleanliness: the place is clean, but none COVID measures. No security distance between clients, almost inexistent PPE

Walter knows how you want to feel, how you manage your hair day to day. I'm low maintenance and he remembered from my cut back in december. So he knew, the hair I had to have styled had to be easy to maintain. He's honest. Yet kind and gentle with his opinions ensuring you're not offended. I don't have the thickest of hair, yet he treated my hair like it was my crown. Which it is! I'll be back here regularly. The hot scissors cutting is good for thinning hair. I'm hooked! Thank you!
