Disappointed to find out that the person I had chosen to have the treatment with was no longer working for this studio. Didn't like the fact that I wasn't given advance notice.Made the booking through the TW site and that hairstylist's name was still there long after he had heft.
Virginia took good care of my colour & she was very patient with my requests. In terms of my haircut though, I felt that the special needs of my hair weren't taken into account (curly hair).Ended up with a flat outcome
