The salon was busy and I was left alone for long periods of time. I showed up early, but I was still waiting for another hour until anybody even dealt with me. Nobody told me how long the wait would be as well.
Additionally, little care was given to my belongings. Understandably accidents happen such as tripping on a cord, but in this case, the staff member left my AirPods on the floor and cut hair on top of them.
I left with minimal difference to my hair and not what I wanted unfortunately
