I've been a customer with the salon for many years now and I always feel like the one main area their staff can improve on is how to blow-dry and style hair so when you leave the place you walk away with that ’salon finish’.
My hair once again was very damp underneath my hair and discovered it frizzy and curly. It felt this time I was rushed out and no time is taken to take in what you've had done before rushing out. I went home and washed and styled my hair myself which is never a good sign especially after paying so much money.

Not having had a hair cut / colour for over 8 months, I was greeted with a 'welcome back' to the studio. I was fortune to have had Virginia as my hairdresser - her expertise, recommendations and ability to revive my hair and leave me feeling fresh and re-energized, I've very grateful for.
