Jacob was really attentive and he listened to what I wanted. I am impressed with his attention to detail and patience with me as my hair is really thick, so he spent a whole afternoon doing my colour. I also really like Jacob’s style, he is respectful and offers great advice. I cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be seeing him again! Thank you

Had the best experience at WS Studios. Great place and everyone was very inviting. Jacob was amazing, did exactly what I asked for and I'm super happy with the result of my balayage. Definitely going back.
