Ersan was so friendly and welcoming. I had been to a different hairdresser a month prior, who had given me a bad dye job. I had asked this previous hairdresser for a subtle blonde balayage and instead my hair was left overly saturated and orange/yellow. Ersan made me feel very reassured that he could fix the problem and he did just that. I was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend WS studios.
