I’ve been to this salon twice before and been really happy but this time I was really unhappy. The stylist didn’t listen to me and cut uneven layers into my hair that don’t blend and also the colour is a bit brassy. Also I paid extra for hot scissors and they weren’t used.

My overall experience at WsStudios was really good. Ersan was my colour specialist and made me feel really confident with the treatment I was getting. The staff treated me really well and were all very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be going back here and will be recommending this hair salon to many more people. I really enjoyed my hair styling and the whole experience was very relaxing!
