Another great visit, fantastic colour! but disappointing that some other hairdressers were removing their masks and not much consideration for social distancing.

Stylist booked for my hair didn’t show up. Arrived 30mins early and was waiting an additional 30mins on top of that before it became evident he wasn’t going to show up.
Another stylist kindly agreed to step in to do my hair but half way through my appointment her actual client turned up so had to juggle the pair of us.
Unfortunately sessions starting late is not a new experience with this salon. Every visit I’ve had to wait 30mins to 2hours to be seen.

Another stylist kindly agreed to step in to do my hair but half way through the appointment her actual client turned up so had to juggle the pair of us.
As the 2.5 hour session had been reduced to under 2 hours, short cuts were taken with the balayage to get me out of the salon on time. The stylist who took over was friendly but under pressure and the overall appointment wasn’t the relaxed experience you expect from a salon.
Unfortunately sessions starting late with this salon is not a new experience. Every visit I’ve been waiting at least 30mins to 2hours after the start time to be seen!
The only reason I keep going back is that I’ve been happy with the end hair results. Really management should be stepping in to ensure their staff have realistic schedules and another people booked to cover the number of customers in to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
I would recommend anyone booking an appointment to leave a minimum of 2 hours before their next appointment to cover the huge waiting times associated with this salon.
