The haircut wasn’t terrible however it certainly was miles from the quality and attention to detail I had paid for. My haircut felt rushed and I felt written-off from the onset.
During my cut, Anna attended different customers and paid more attention to them than on the detail of my cut. She did correct what I pointed out but the attention to detail just lacked. My haircut felt unbalanced and incredibly average for what I had paid. I feel this is so easily avoidable with a little more focus.
The people here are really lovely & the salon is really nice. However they are absolutely not blonde specialists. I have been now twice to hair my hair done both times left unhappy and people have said to me god what happened to you hair. Maybe okay if you just want a cut but it’s an absolute no if you want blonde.
I spoke to Jacob about how I've had some awful experiences at hairdressers in the past and he made me feel comfortable. He really listened to what I wanted and we had a good discussion on how we were going to achieve this which put me at ease. Well, I had a great time! the whole experience was lovely. Jacob was the first hairdresser I've ever had to be able to get a brush through my wet hair, I did warn him before he started. My hair looks great and I look forward to returning in the future.
