Hats off to Anna! Anna is so attentive and really tried to understand what I wanted to achieve in the long run. I want to start going lighter and longer, so we worked together on not shocking the hair with too much colour at once. My balayage came out looking really natural.

I had a very lovely experience, as I was looking to get a dramatic transformation to my hair. Went for a scandiblonde and I recommend adding the Wellaplex, as it really makes the hair feel like silk. Anna made sure to guide me through all the steps and gave me great advice on what products she likes.
