She did not listen at all to me as her customer and she did not cut my hair with any regards to where my hair parts = I know have a curtain bang on one side of my hair and not on the other- it looks absolute shit- and she cut WAY too much of the rest of my hair (Even though I told her not to).

Salvatore made me feel really welcome and at ease. He was attentive and gave me confidence in his ability and gave constructive criticism of my original hair colour.
The results were better than anticipated. Very natural and healthy looking and a plan going forward for possible balayage and hair cut.
