I have booked and paid for a hot scissor haircut, however I have received a normal haircut and the stylist did not bother to tell me that. In the end I had to still pay for the hot scissors haircut which is way more expensive even though I have not received it. Very dissapointing.

Anna is simply incredible. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, full of recommendations for affordable hair products and tips to keep hair healthy between appointments. My blonde balayage looked natural, and was “sandy blonde” like I wanted it. Cannot recommend enough!
