I never complain normally and hate complaining but I went home that evening and realised how awful the face framing was. £115 for a strip of orange hair in the centre of my head and then my natural jet black hair immediately next to it. It did not match my old balayage. I looked crazy.
I have now gone to a different hairdressers to get it fixed. The stylist was friendly and professional but did not have the experience or competence. I will not be coming back again.
