For 2nd time, not informed until at the salon that person I carefully booked on basis of good reviews was not in.
Replacement told me not his fault as he wasn't there in the morning when Anna called in sick, but the owner was. 4pm appointment, NO EXCUSE!
Cut was fine, but finish was not what asked for which happens (different words, different meanings to different people) BUT when asked if I liked it and I started to say, "Honestly, no..." HE SHHH'd ME! Seemed he feared the owner's reaction!

I travel to London from the Midlands to this salon. I really love this place. I had balayage a couple of times and they did a beautiful job! Last week i had the first hot scissors thermo haircut by Ash. It was a very nice experience, he was very professional, carefuly explained everything and did a beautiful haircut. I can only recomend them. 5 stars!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
